A Cyprus property agency is being investigated after an apartment owned by a UK family was occupied without their permission.
Owners claim that the occupation came to light when their utility bills showed unusual usage levels.
Office manager, Costas Vorias and Company Secretary Maria Lazaridou have been invited to resolve the matter, as the owners claim that the Agency has failed in its duty of care, have not handed over the rent and yet have still been charged for their "services".
Mrs Lazaridou has so far been unavailable for comment.
