Owner of half-built flats now looking for new...

The half-built block by Morrisons is looking for a new developer.

The Land owner and the main ivestor are looking for a third party to come in and finish the job.

Industrial Corporate Finance Ltd (ICFL) funded the development, but the building owner is Bob Mark, both based in Leeds.

Mr Mark is the director of John Street Registration, and owns the site.

He bought the land in June 2007 and between October 2007 and January this year it was being built, but it stopped due to the devaluation of the properties.

It was once valued at £11m including the 10,000sq ft retail space at the bottom. A year ago it was revalued at £6.8m (but this was only the apartments).
